Hi, you mean the settings cannot be saved or it is saved but the port doesn't open?
Please also check Internet IPv4 address on Advanced->Status->Internet page to see if it is public IP address or private IP address, if it is a private IP address, it means you are behind your ISP CGNAT, you will need to contact your ISP to see if they could assign you a public IP address directly.
