Oh, that's interesting. I didn't notice that the file with the GPL code actually contains source code for two different versions of OpenVPN.

 

So, I have no idea which of the two versions is actually being used. Only a TP-Link software engineer would know, I guess.

It just occurred to me that I could check the GPL code of another router model for comparison, like my AX50.

 

The file ax50v1_GPL_3.tar.gz also contains some references to a newer version of OpenVPN, but only one folder has a complete source code and it's "\Iplatform\packages\opensource\openvpn".
