Same as this old post, I don't have NAT Forwarding menu.

Another thing to consider here.
As per your first screenshot your "Internet Connection Type" is "DS-Lite".
DS-Lite is IPv6 only and NAT Forwarding is only for IPv4. Maybe that's the reason why the "NAT Forwarding" menu is not shown?
