Hi, is your Jio SIM 5G SIM? If so, sorry for that there is no beta firmware for MR400 to solve the 5G Jio SIM issue at this moment, please pay attention to the update of this thread: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G
