@Basboi85 Thanks all for your suggestions.

I think I´ve found the issue... I disabled SMART CONNECT. After that I´m getting consistent speeds across all my devices both LAN and WAN. I´m even working behind a VPN with my working computer and getting +300 Mbps.

Dear lord... I spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my network. I´m not even sure if the ethernet cable was defective or not since I crimped it myself just a couple of months ago and of course I tested it before and after passing it through the walls... anyway. I´ll keep an eye on the network and see how it performs. So far is looking good.

Thanks!!!

No worries, i crimped my wires myself and couldnt work out why i was maxing out at 100mb full duplex , Re crimped using the same crimper and now running 1000mb full duplex 🤷🏼‍♂️. I obviously messed up somewhere. Glad i could offer some suggestion and if it can help someone then always a winner and wierd how habing the smart connect turned on solved the issue, Hopefully your issues stays solved and you have drama free network issues 👍🏻
