Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20220526 rel.59616(4555)

its brand new and since plugging it in the Archer continues to drop. its not just the wifi but all wired connections to it so the router itself seems to have an issue. please help asap!

  @OmarZiada

I too suffer my AX11000 dropping WAN from my Arris S33 2.5Gb port, while my commputer stays connected on the S33 1Gb port.

Xfinity 1.2Gb service.

Max time connected is one hour before being disconnected.

I've only been able to get 8 devices connected (wired/Wifi mix).

Issue seems to be this router.
