My current mesh network uses 2pcs x95 plus 2pcs X90 all link via ethernet connection. Prior, was told X95 pair mesh can cover my 3 storey house ie 1F link to modem n 3F via ethernet. But 2F WiFi signal weak n intermittent. Per advice by TP link support, bought a pair X90 confirm improve WiFi access no lagging n also replaced old Dlink switch to TPLINK 8port switch. Nightmares begin...ethernet link was on off among 2F X90 n 3F X95. Sometimes x90 not linked sometimes 3F x95 not linked. But all showed Green LED light. Other times, devices no WiFi or infinite loop yet all Deco still green led. Few times x90s juz changed Red led. Reset to main x95 to modem n switch done. Deco App on my phone failed many times since no WiFi connection. Works for few days but intermittent again. Why using latest mesh Deco can be so unreliable? Anyone encounter same problem or share experiences to resolve such intermittent problems? Thx everyone for helping n sharing.
