  @ManiJuneja

Hi, May I know your internet service provider and the model number of the main ISP router?

Have you noticed any Deco X50-POE turn red during the disconnection?

If Deco X50-POEs are powered by a POE switch, can I have the model number of the POE switch?

Is the current network topology like:

Internet--ISP modem router---POE switch---3*Deco X50-POEs

By the way, do you need to restart Deco to get the internet connection back?

Thank you very much.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP  I have the same thing . Main Deco X50 behind a ZTE modem ( experia box )  followed by 5 client deco's .

Fun thing is, when I set the deco to wifi router ( which is not suitable for me ) it seems to be ok, but once put in accespoint mode, the deco wil lit red

after a while and reconnects then 2-3-4-5-10 minutes later.

I monitored the zte modem / router and nothing seems wrong or blocked.

TP Link netherlands said it was a zte issue, but i dont believe it, since I also tried it on a delta fiber line with different modem.
