Hi,

My TP-Link DDNS is not working properly for Synology Hyperbackup app.

The NAS behind the DECO can be reached to access its DMS interface through one port, but another port used by Hyperbackup does not work. It looks like it opens when I connect to my DECO app on my smartphone and it works.

Do you have a idea ? THANKS !

Hi, if one port works well, I think the DDNS settings on the Deco would not be the problem.

I wonder if you are not using DDNS, will using WAN IP/ipv4 on the Deco APP on the Hyper Backup settings work?

I installed Synology's DDNS only for Hyper Backup and it seems to work.
