Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20220520 rel.75663(4555)

Just got AX72. I have a 4TB HFS+ drive mounted on the USB port. When browsing the drive over the network, many files appear to have been renamed to MS DOS format (8.3). After lots of messing around I observed that the router does that if the filemame contains a bar character, i.e. "|". If I plug the drive into a Mac, the files have the correct name; if I plug it into the AX72, it shows those files in 8.3 format (e.g. A1GM2X~C.MP4).

Is this a known bug? If so, is the only solution to use NTFS? (other than renaming all of those files, which would be a pain to remember to enforce going forward).
