Hello,

Looking for some help as after over 4hours today with live chat i am still no further,

I have just got the AX72 router to replace my existing supplier one.

Followed all steps and got PPPoE off broadband provider and VLAN # to put into setting, but it still has no internet service,

Is there something else that should be enabled or changed?

Provider is: Vodafone UK

Did you ever refer to this guide to configure the router? Also, the configuration parameters are related to your network topology. You may share more details then we can provide possible suggestions.
