xc220-g3v v2.30 VOIP registration Failure
Dear Team ,
XPON Model : XC220-G3v v2.30
Firmware Version:1.2.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 220907 Rel.7774n
Hardware Version:XC220-G3v v2.30 00000000
Issue : I could not register the telephony service, though I tried all troubleshooting methods shared in the tp link customer support forum and my configurations are correct as it is working fine with other XPON router used for troubleshooting purposes.
Could you please help in resolving the telephony registration issue.
Note: If i configure only telephony without internet service , telephony registered success and works fine . If I enable both internet and VOIP service it means it failed to register the account and it gives the register a fail response code(502).
ISP Service Provider: BSNL
XPON : EPON Configured.

i got a datacode firmware (Datecode2301051715) from TPlink support post upgrade which solved the VOIP problem and internet is also working fine for BSNL.

Hi, you could check whether the "Bound Interface" under VOIP registration is set to be via "LAN"

Hi David ,
Checked it was configured at Interface of VOIP Vlan of ipoe automatically.
Changed as per your suggestion to LAN interface , still issue is same.
When i delete the VOIP VLAN Service configuration and re-add the VOIP Service VLAN registration become success , but after succuss status if we initiate outbound call or inbound call is not received and automatically then telephony service status goes disabled.

@PrakashSankar I am also facing exact same problem with XC220 router.
Unable to register to "tn-ftth-ims-bsnl-in" SIP proxy with valid credentials. Same works fine in DSL routers.

XC220-G3V is also an ISP-customized version, have you also checked with ISP if any additional settings are required for both GPON and VOIP services?
Chinnasamy, Hi, May I know what kind of DSL routers you refer to, something like Archer VR2100V?
Do you have both GPON and DSL services?

@David-TP Sorry David, it was a typo, I was referring to https://www.amazon.in/Digisol-DG-GR1321-300Mbps-Wi-Fi-Router/dp/B07R8LGM45 router. With this router we are able to connect both broadband and VOIP connection.
Just for FYI, I had a long AnyDesk screen share configuration sessian with ISP technician (BSNL FTTH), They tried to configure a VOIP with valid configurations, But from this router the SIP registration always fails with 502 (Bad gateway)
We are getting SIP Proxy gateways IP from the service.

Good Day , Verified configurations from ISP are correct as i tested the services individually.
Like if we configure only VOIP services VLAN as same in above screen shot of Mr chinnasamy without internet service , telephony works perfectly fine but we don't get internet that shows there is no issue at ISP end as it works fine
If we configure internet and VOIP vlan both , internet is working fine and also VOIP gets its Dynamic IP and its gateway , DNS but telephony account registration failure occurs because of that VOIP service becomes unavailable.
Could you suggest if there is any solution or if we have any beta firmware upgrade for this version would be a great help from your end.
