Please help! I have the deco AC1200 and it won't set up - I followed the instructions on the app but I cannot find the device in my network settings? The blue light is flashing in the device and I've already tried resetting it many times
When its looking for the deco during setup, try going to settings > wifi on your Android or Apple device and looking for a wifi called Deco12345 or something like that, connect to that network then switch back to the setup again.
It may be that the phone is detecting the setup as insecure or no internet and therefore not connecting to it automatically, this will change once you have finished setup. Manually connecting is the best way!
