X50 - PoE guest network and QoS questions

Can someone please clarify if the X50 - PoE has the following functionality?:
1. Isolated guest network in Access Point mode (i.e. devices attached to guest wifi cannot access devices/shares on the main network, be they wired or wireless). I just want them to be able to access the internet.
2. QoS so I can restrict devices on the guest network if they go overboard on usage
3. Ability to limit bandwidth for the guest network
