Issue Description/Phenomenon:

After successfully establishing a VPN connection via the VPN Client feature on the Archer AXE75, the device does show up in the Device List as a VPN Client as follows. However, some of you may find this device cannot access the internet. This happens only when you are also enabling the HomeShield on the Archer AXE75.

 

 

Available Solution:

If you are experiencing a similar issue, please download and install the beta firmware provided by our developer, then observe if the issue gets resolved.
