Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Been doing it more and more. I have gone through the troubleshooting documentation and completed all suggestions. This is a more recent issue. It can be several time a day for not happen for days. The router is not subjected to excess heat. The router is attached to my FIOS router as a AP. I cannot plug directly into the ISP without an adapter and that would remove the reason I purchased it. It didn't show any symptoms for the first few months of use. No settings were changed, firmware wasn't updated, it started happening without any recent changes. Due to the nature of my work I cannot have this continue so I really need to get to the bottom of it. I have switched back to my ISP's WIFI but it's latency isn't up to par for my remote desktop work. I hope there is another solution someone may be able to suggest other than replacement. It's only about 10 or 11 months old.

@detonation

Is the FIOS router connected to the AX10 WAN or LAN port? Will the internet light turn red when the disconnect issue occurs?

What if you change the AX10 working mode to Wireless Router, will the issue persists?

You can try the suggestions provided in this thread, such as changing different ethernet cables between the FIOS router and the AX10, try changing the internet negotiation speed on the AX10 to 100Mbps (just for a test)

  @Liverpool20

I have tried changing cables, various settings ect.. It's connected to a LAN port on the fios router. I have tried all the ports, no difference. Also tried swapping all of the cables. Unfortunately the router is at the other side of the house, it drops out and reconnects faster than I can get to the router to see the lights. I do know that the fios router is not dropping out. I don't think would matter anyway since this issue isn't just about loosing internet. When it happened all wifi connections to the AX1500 are severed for a moment. I do still use the fios routers wifi for some stuff, firesticks, various echo controlled smart lights ect.. The fios router is unaffected when the AX1500 drops out.

The only thing I didn't try yet is changing to working mode. I just swapped it over and will see what happens. I really didn't want to do this due to the specific IP's I have setup for my various custom IP home automation device, 3d printers and cameras. Additionally this issue is fairly new and there have been no changes in settings or hardware whatsoever for this issue to be provoked. Issue seemed to come out of nowhere.

Will see what happens.

No difference. Log looks exact the same as above, just with more recent date and times obviously.
