Archer C7 and Onemesh in AP mode

2 years ago it was responded by @Kevin_Z that Archer C7 v5 supports OneMesh™ only in Router mode and that it will be forwarded as a feature request to TP_LINK developers for consideration to add the support for OneMesh when the wireless router works as an access point.

Is there any progress on this or any committed plans?
There are quite a few wireless features not available in AP mode and OneMesh is one of the most important ones (incl. MAC filtering) to add....
