Just purchased a RE200 to extend the range slightly of my TP Link archer vr600. Just curious as to once it's configured and setup should it disappear from the WiFi list on my pc

That's the purpose of OneMesh feature - you should have only one wireless network when RE200 is joined in OneMesh with VR600.
