Troubleshooting - Wifi connect problem, internet not stable sometimes.
Hi. I am from brazil and bought a Archer C5400 device with hardware version 2.
My device recently had internet speed problem, where i live i had a 500Mbps speed, and it only got 200Mbps... Just found a topic in here that i need to update the firmware, and it really worked, but after a week, i seen some problems. Already updated again with the same firmware to ensure was not corrupted (yes i downloaded again).
Problem:
- Wifi unstable, sometimes the device just disconnect himself and can't connect again.
- Internet unstable, the ping every 20 seconds may jump to 1000ms. Don't know if is Package Lost or QoS problem again...
My PC has a Rog Strix B550-E Gaming, should not be it the problem... Also isn't the cables because i use Cat.6 cables and connectors too, both "armored" to avoid magnetic field interference. Also already tested holding the cable away from the energy cable, still the same problem...
If you may ask about energy problems, well i have a Senoidal UPS with 2kva. I already tested in direct and using the UPS too. still the same problem.
Obs: Alwasys if i turn off the router and turn on again, everything come back to work. Don't know how much time it holds without problems, but the BUG/Problem always come back.
