Suddenly this morning no wifi signal (so no wireless connection possible) but wired devices are working fine (they have internet); what could be wrong...?

Turned out the Wifi was disabled.

Hello @MNS, thank you for reaching out to us, and welcome to the TP-Link community.

 

Please check if you have enabled the Wi-Fi Schedule on the router to turn off the Wi-Fi signal in a period of time. You can login to the router web GUI and go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Schedule (The guide is here), and verify the settings and if it is still in the off state.

 

If there is nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi Schedule settings, please go to Wireless Basic settings to check and ensure both the 2.4G and 5G are correctly enabled, then you can try to modify the channels as follows:
