To completely unblock all traffic, change Deco Operating mode to Access Point. See How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode?

Thanks for your reply but it’s already set up in access point mode and websites are still being blocked!

When Deco runs in Access Point mode, it does not selectively block traffic. There is Blacklist in Deco app, but like any blacklist it means "all or nothing." You either have device blacklisted and it can't access any web sites, or your blacklist is empty (check that) and your device is not restricted by Deco. 

 

Check again in Deco app that your Deco mesh runs in Acess Point mode:

It is possible, then, that these web sites are blocked by your ISP or by your ISP router.

 

You tested VPN and cellular network, but you haven't said if these web sites are accessible when connecting by WiFi or by Ethernet cable directly to your ISP router, with Deco powered off.
