UK ISP SKY Fiber applies a unique connection type: MER. All TP-Link VR series modems support MER, but even though our modems support MER line, SKY has made it clear that they don’t support third-party modem, so our modems may not be compatible with SKY MER.

But if you already purchased our router, you may try to set up as below:

Step1: In Quick Setup, select SKY (MER)_VDSL from the ISP list, click Next

Step2: Enter username and password. If your ISP doesn't provide you username and password, you can use the link below to calculate the username and password.
