How to connect to my deco m4 using my computer?

Good day
How do i connect deco to my laptop, am frustrated.
The connections to the WiFi went well, now to connect to my laptop is an issue.
On the App "WiFi settings" it say's Security is WPA2-PSK [AES]....but when i capture this on my laptop under deco WiFi it say's security is incorrect.
I need your help, urgently.

Hi, were you saying that Wi-Fi from Deco works well but the Ethernet connection on the laptop did not have internet service?

As for the security mode, if it is not AES on the laptop, which security type that you captured from the laptop?
