Possible AP isolation issue VX420-G2h

have entered the first router model in the list as mine is not showing up
After rebooting my router Vx430-G2h recently, I've not been able to access my Chromecast or Phillips Hue lights.
After a factory reset of chromecast, having issues setting up and issue seems to be related to AP isolation.
Looking in advanced wifi settings for the VX420-G2h v1 and there are no AP isolation settings, any idea in where these can be found or what else may be impacting?
