My Wifi extender is not working and i am not able to reset the device. All the lights are solid on as seen in screenshot
Can anyone help?
You could to factory reset extender as below and install it from scratch:
RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once.

If extender does not respond to a reset, may I know could you see the SSID of range extender, was there any thunderstorm or power outage caused this issue?
What is the hardware version on the sticker of RE?
