Connected Wireless to TL-MR3040 But No Internet Access

I've got an issue with my TL-MR3040. Need assistance.
- Modem HuaweiE398 (Identified) and connected to internet as seen on the webgui.
- Connected to my TL-MR3040 via wireless and connected BUT no internet access to the web.
- Tested using RJ45 cable to direct connect PC to Router, NO ISSUE with internet access to web.
Need to know is my TL-MR3040 got defects or faulty?
