My powerline extender has recently been unable to obtain IP, I have attempted to hard reset it (it doesnt show up in the app so I have just clicked the pairing button to try and pair it). I also tried different plug sockets. The LED status is as normal; power is on, powerline LED is on and wifi LED is flashing. I have been using the product for 3-4 years possibly, if that information is useful.
