Archer T3U does not connect to 5 GHz
My new Archer T3U does not connect to 5 GHz. It always uses 2.4GHz with the same SSID. I installed the latest driver from the TP-Link website.

@ThoJo Good day,
If possible it is recommended to use a different SSID for 5Ghz wifi.
If only main router 5Ghz could not be detected, please change router/AP 's 5Ghz channel to 36/40/44/48 and see if that helps.
If you are connected to a 5Ghz Wi-Fi but it shows as 802.11n, please change wireless mode on wireless adapter Properties, and here is a related post that may help.
