I recently bought a 3 set of Deco M4s and everything went well while setting up and everything

After few days of working regularly, the 3rd deco which was connected wirelessly to the main deco stopped working with an irregular yellow blinking light. It wasnt the yellow blinking you get when resetting the unit, it was irregular, sometimes solid yellow and sometimes flickering. 

I tried resetting with the reset button on the bottom but it didn't work, still irregular yellow flickering light.

I don't know what to do now. If its a Hardware issue, is there any chance that I can get a single Deco replaced in my pack of 3? or is it some other issue which is fixable?
