Tether app incorrect password
Since the latest update of the app it reports an incorrect password error.
I have not changed the password or any router settings and can login ok via web browser.
Have tried changing password but still reports incorrect password.
Tried factory reset but still reports incorrect password.
Tried logging in on another phone but still reports incorrect password.
Reinstalled app but still reports incorrect password.

May I know your TP-Link account? If you have already changed the username and password, please ensure you typed them in correctly.
Please be aware that when login to the router, you need to type in the login username and password, but not the password for your TP-Link ID.
Are you login to the router when connected to its wireless locally or from an outside network? Is the phone an iPhone or Android phone, what is the OS version?
If still cannot login, please show us the login failed error message, which may give us some clue.
You can also try to power off then on the router, as well as login out the TP-Link account on the phone then login again to confirm.

Router does not support TP-Link ID login.
Login to router wirelessly locally.
iPhone iOS 14.4.2
Tether Version: 3.4.28 (build 34)
Error message is just a box saying "Incorrect Password"
Router has been power cycled many times.
I have logged out of the TP-Link account on the phone then logged in again.

May I know how many characters of the login password, less or more than 15? You can check if you encounter the same issue as others here:

I had a 13 character alpha-numerical password.
I no longer have the issue as I have upgraded my router.
