Hi can a M3W be added to bridge two E4/M4/P9 units together (such as in the diagram) and still retain mesh functionality and the ability to connect wired devices to the furthest right E4/M4/P9?

Hi, it is ok to let the Deco M3W as the signal source of the farthest Deco E4.
