I have a problem with my Archer AX1500, from the beginning it reboots himself randomly after 3-4 days.

I updated the firmware to the latest one, but the situation doesn't changed.

The reboot schedule is enabled.

Try to reset the AX1500 to factory defaults either by pressing the RESET button or doing factory defaults via its web interface page, then reconfigure it from scratch to check again if it will auto reboot itself.

 

If it still happens, please check if there is any special client that connected to the AX1500 network will cause this auto reboot, you may connect one at a time to locate it.

 

Meanwhile, ensure you are using the original power adapter that comes with the package, which should be 12 V ⎓ 1 A.

 

BTW, is the model number Archer AX10 or AX1500? You can find it on the device bottom label.

I have the same issue. I reset the router to factory settings and then updated the firmware as well. Thereafter the rebooting has gotten worse.

It was reset to factory settings from the internal settings menu, after that it was reconfigured. At the label appears AX10, i use the original power adapter from the package. After resetting the problem doesn't dissapear completely, yesterday morning it reboots from himself. Now i'm waiting a couple of days to check if it reappears. Thank you,
