Sometimes my App gives an error that it cannot find my Deco's because of a problem reaching the cloud service....

 

I was wondering if these deco's are using an external cloud service from tp-link?

For what functions?

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

It did not use the external cloud service.

And did you log into the APP via Deco’ Wi-Fi, or 3/4G network?

Is the Deco still solid green?

Would log-out of the APP and sign-in again help or not?

By the way, how about the frequency of this issue?
