Model: Deco M4  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Maxis Modem work will. As all device can work if direct connect to Modem. 

But all Devices unable to Connect Deco although showing full bar. When Reboot it shown "Something wrong with Cloud Service". But Main Deco shown stable white light. Currently all Deco M4R also unable to connect to main Deco. (In white or sometime red light)

Hi, May I know the model number of your Maxis modem?

Is there any firewall or parental control system on the Maxis modem?

Could you please send me a picture of the IPv4 settings on the Deco: Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPv4
