Hi 

Help !! just changed from virgin to Sky and my RE450's wont extend the network on Sky Q  main router in lounge Sky mini in conservatory  they wont connect

Can anyone advise

Hi,

Did you mean the Sky Q main and mini TV Set Top Box?

Is the main router also Sky Q hub?—if yes, can I know the model?

And after adding the RE450, the main box and mini box could not connect to internet, or could not communicate with each other?

If both of them connected to the same RE450, would they work fine?

What are the hardware and firmware version of the RE450?

main Sky Q mini box is hard wired off main Sky Q box but main box not recognising RE450 no idea what the firmware is as yet
