Internet drops frequently. It is very frustrating. 2.4 GHZ has more problems .. and maybe the 5 GHZ and 2.4 GHZ together not working fine ... but then I paid money to buy the one that said both work ...

Sorry for the trouble caused, we will do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it.
So the current Archer C20 will lose connection on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless connection? How about the wired connection, is it stable? Who is your ISP and what is the model of your modem?
What is the light status of the Archer C20 when the internet drops? How often did this disconnect happen and how will it recover?
Please refer to the below troubleshooting guide to verify the basic settings and try to modify the wireless settings:

Please send us the whole system log includes the issue happening period if the above doesn't help.

Yes, I have also tried with the 5GHz turned off and it is still the same problem.
Wired connection - I dont have one ... I can't say if it is stable or not.
ISP is "YOU" broadband
Modem is FiberHome - Model IAT3001B
Can you please explain what you mean by "whole system logs"

When I meant "whole system logs", that is the Advanced-System Log, please choose all and send it to us.
