port forward thru modem and deco

Trying to setup my pc to accept port 21. My network setup - MODEM - DECO - HP
What I'm doing wrong?

Hello,
It seems the port forwarding settings on the Deco app are correct, you may need to check the settings on your modem if you still cannot remotely visit the FTP server.
You may try to connect a PC to your modem directly and confirm if you can access the FTP server from that PC, if yes, there is no problem on the Deco.
