Hi,

 

I've configured PPPoE and the custom VLAN ID on my AX11000, then it required VLAN ID's for VOIP and IPTV, which I don't have.  Authentication fails, but I've rechecked the username/password several times, and copy/pasted it out of my password manager where it works on my other routers.

 

What else am I missing?

Hello, may I know which country are you from and who is your ISP, please? Is there a VLAN ID for your internet connection? Below is the basic configuration steps to set up the PPPoE connection on the AX11000:
