I have reset the router to factory setting, update the firm ware and my lan cable ares cable 5. Yet the problem still exit. Please advise how I can rectify Lan 1 - 4 to 1000Mbps
cat5 cable are only for 100 Mbps. You need at least cat5e to have 1000 Mbps.
Also if the connected clients are only 100 Mbs, than the port speed will reduce to 100 Mbps
Also without knowing what type of devices are connected to the other end of the Archer AX50, it could be the devices' network adapter is limited to 10/100 too, as the other poster has mentioned, try a using a cable that is cat 5e.
As a suggestion for capturing screenshots from the desktop:
- Mozilla Firefox browser has an inbuilt function to grab a screenshot of a webpage. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-screenshots; it is super useful!
-Since you are using Chrome; you can also install add-ons/extension to achieve the same thing.
- Windows 7/10, also has an in built program, "Snipping Tool / "Snip and Sketch" that can also help grab screenshots of your desktop or application program window(s).
