Model: RE580D
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20171220 Rel. 57215(EU)

Hi,

My TP-Link RE580D keeps showing internet not available every 5 minutes! I have to re-configure it almost every hour!

At first I thought it is probably a firmware issue, so upgraded it from (20150630 Rel. 35183)  to (20171220 Rel. 57215(EU) with absolutely no changes in the behavior of the extender.

Below are some logs for your troubleshooting:-

I'd HIGHLY appreciate if someone could help me rectify the issue and get this Extender to finally start extending the range of my Internet!

Best,

@Ankie-Tech From the log, RE580D failed to connect to your router. But I need to confirm this. It seems that log is not complete or too short.

Please help to confirm the following information.

When the issue happens:

1. What's the LED status on RE580D? Please login to it and provide a screenshot of the status page.

2. Please don't restart or re-configure it, please sent me the Full log.

One more thing, What's the model No. of your wireless router? It's the router name on its label, it's helpful if you could provide a picture of this label.
