Hi. The range extender is connected to the internet, but I can't log on due to No Service. Why is that? What to do?

@Rikke Please login to RE200 and provide a full screenshot of status page as the following.

One more thing,  what's the model No. of your wireless router? It's the router name on its label, it's helpful if you could provide a picture of this label.
