Model: M7200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.3 Build 190802 Rel.1003n

Hello,

I have a M7200 4G dongle with a sim card installed. Everything is working proprely for the navigation part, but when I want to read the text messages my carrier sent, I click on messages on "192.168.0.1" > SMS and then the device loop onto the login page. That is to say that I cannot read those messages.

It's the same thing If i want to read those messages on the iOs APP.

Does anyone have a solution ? (Without doing a factory reset of the device?)

Regards,

LucasFr

@LucasFr

I have the same identical issue. I have bought 4 of these devices and all of them are going through the same thing. Over 200 Eur wasted, and it seems like nobody from TP-Link is even bothering to give answer. If someone already managed to find a solution, i'd really appreciate if you could share !
