Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.3 Build 20180611 Rel. 77668

During the last week my router has stopped projecting the wifi signal, despite both LED's indicating otherwise and the web management showing that it should be doing so,
I've tried full on factory reset, unplugging for 24 hours and coming back to it. At a loss for what else I can do, any suggestions?
P.S
Aside from that my internet works with a hard line.

Hello, can TP-Link wireless networks not be detected by all the wireless devices? 

 

Try to customize the wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 and 11, channel width as 20MHz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 and 44, channel width as 40MHz. 

 

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date. 

 

If still the same, you can reset it once again by holding the reset hole for 10s with the router powered on.

Hi on the left side of router there are 2 usb ports and 2 switches. One switch turns wifi on and off the other is WPS button. Perhaps you accidentally turned wifi switch to off? Regards Duncan
