My router has 4 ports and I need to connect 5 things.  I got this to do that.

I plugged in the power supply, connected it to the TP.  Unplugged one thing from the router, connected the router to the TP and plugged 2 things into the TP.  The lights I would expect are on, but the two thing plugged into the TP have no internet connection.

Am I wrong about what this is supposed to do?

Am I connecting it wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

With the switch powered on and some device connected to the ethernet port, please show me a screenshot of the light status. And please check the IP address and default gateway it obtained.

Besides please follow the instruction to do the test.

Note: Please show me the screenshots of the test results.

And what's the serial number of the switch? Do you have any purchase proof?

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.
