Firstly system details :-

HP Envy Laptop

Windows 10 Pro X64

D-Link Super Router

2 X Range Extender Powerline LAN

HP Envy 5530 Printer

I have been trying to install this MFP and Storage Server for a couple of days now, because the printer sometimes connects OK via WIFI and other times does not connect,
and although the MFP installs OK, and registers Printer and it seems to work OK, but it is causing a major problem with my Laptop.

When I try to print it will print the Test page OK but when I go to Devices and Printers it shows up Printer on MFP but I cannot access the Properties of the printer and whilst it is trying it crashes my laptop to BSOD.

I am wondering if my Printer is not compatible or if Windows 10 is the problem ??

Any help will be gratefully received.
