I Dont Actually Have This Device Yet, But I Would Like to Know If i Can Access a HDD Caddy Via The router Using This Device, To Clarify, Even If the Pc Which Was Used To Install The TL-PS310U is Turned Off, Will I Still Be Able To View Or Use File ON The Caddy From a Laptop Or Other PC on The Same Home Network..
