C9 v4 internet Orange led, but have internet

hi guys, i'm Brazilian, so i'm Sorry for possible grammatical mistakes. i have a tp link C9 v4. many times day long, the internet led change from the blue to orange. but i already did verification on router admin page, and the internet is normal ( connected). i already too did verification on my moden, and the internet is estabilized. Somebody have this problem?
