TP-LINK WD8961ND Can't access config page through web

Hi everyone, i've got a problem with my router TP-LINK WD8961ND (firmware 3.1): when i try to access the web management page using the 192.168.1.1 address the page returns me an error instead of showing the login form. Usually i was able to get to the panel using it, even if about a month ago i only had access through this 192.168.1.1:24576 (i found it online)...so i think it assigns random port everytime i turn it on. There's something wrong in the setup? I've attached my ipconfig if it could help.
