Sorry, I do not understand what you mean. I have a CD which came with my TP Link, but this will not run on my PC. I had assumed that I could download the management utility?

The WPA271 occupies an IP address, under which you will find its browser interface.

I downloaded it off this website, yes. I also used windows 10.

EDIT: I'm sorry, looks like windows 10 isn't supported for this device. :-( Windows 7 or earlier works if you have a device with any of those still installed, otherwise you'd have to use the browser interface like Peter mentioned.
