Archer MR200 + Thunderbird IMAP-Connection Error

Hey forum-members,
I got a strange problem : If I use my Fritzbox as a router everything is fine and mozilla thunderbird ist working perfectly with no errrors.
If I switch to the Archer MR200 I get error message "too many IMAP-Connections. You may have reached your limit" when collecting emails from my different accounts.
Where could be the problem? Is it with my provider or with the router?
Can I manage IMAP-Connections in the archer MR 200?
